Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! We can work with your ideas, artwork, or inspiration. Logos and custom text can be added to many of our products.
Do you offer bulk pricing?

Bulk pricing is available for qualifying orders. Please request a bulk order quote.
How do I place a custom order?

Customizable products can be ordered directly on our website. For large orders or special requests, please contact us for a quote.
What file types do you accept for logos or artwork?

We prefer SVG, AI, or EPS files. High-resolution PNG or PDF files may also work if you're note sure just upload what you have.
What if I’m unsure what file I have?

No worries upload what you have!
Can you engrave customer-provided items?

In some cases, yes. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm compatibility and pricing.
Can each item be personalized differently in a bulk order?

Yes, individual names, numbers, or titles are often available depending on the product.

Production & Turnaround

What is your turnaround time?

Most orders are completed within 7–10 business days after proof approval. Larger or complex orders may take longer but we will communicate that to you when placing your order.
Do you offer rush orders?

Rush service may be available depending on the product and production schedule. Additional fees may apply.
Can I see a proof before my item is made?

Proofs are available for most custom orders upon request or when needed to ensure accuracy.
Where are your products made?

All items are designed and engraved in-house in Pensacola, Florida.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because items are custom-made, we do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
